Today I have another cool-toned makeup look featuring my recently-discovered-but-soon-to-be-discontinued favorite, Suqqu Extra Glow Lipstick (reviewed here) in 09 Midnight Berry (Yoikajitsu). Suqqu Extra Glow Lipsticks are seriously nice and they still can be found at Harrods and Selfridges.
Here is a flatlay of the makeup products used for the look.
And the look with Midnight Berry...
(I am wearing LensMe Moon Cat Grey contacts if you're wondering.)
- Givenchy Photo Perfexion Foundation in 101 Perfect Beige - I love this foundation for its skinlike yet very forgiving finish. The shade 101 is also a near-perfect match for me. Givenchy is one of the few Western brands where I can find a good foundation color match. They are phasing this one out but you can still find a ton on eBay at discounted prices. If you know your shade, I'd say go for it.
- NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer in Chantilly ($30 on Sephora) - I've recently gotten into spot-concealing (thanks to Lisa Eldridge) and I think this concealer works very well although I am still learning about concealers.
- Rituel de Fille Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil ($38 on Verishop) - I am trying to figure out what is so special about these expensive cream-to-powder eyeshadows (I have two of these). Sigil is a beautiful champagne shade that illuminates the eyelids very subtly. I often use this as an eyeshadow base.
- Suqqu Aoruri - It is my first eyeshadow palette from the brand and I still cherish it a lot (amazingly enough, there is one available on eBay). I have reviewed it here.
- Suqqu Blush in Harusumire ($39 on Harrods) - It is a cool-toned light berry pink. Love it. Suqqu Blushes are great, I tell you.
- Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Eyeliner in Cassis ($33 on Chanel Beauty)- My favorite pencil eyeliner
- Essence Lash Princess Waterproof mascara ($4.99 on Amazon) - This is so good. And, cheap.
- Canmake Lash Fram Mascara 01 Natural Black ($9.86 on Amazon) - This one has a tiny brush and perfect for bottom lashes.
- Suqqu Extra Glow Lipstick in 09 Midnight Berry (Yoikajitsu)

Thanks for being here. I hope everyone is in good health.

I love this combo of colours! The eyeshadow looks gorgeous and the whole look is gorgeous on you. I used to wear these a few years ago but lately just do (boring?) neutrals.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the lovely comments, Sofia. I love them! And, thanks for the compliment as well. <3 Nowadays I am much like you but Suqqu Aoruri is a blue/purple palette that I can still wear very easily. It's so dusty but in a mysterious way. Plus it bleds so easily and lasts all day on me. :)
DeleteThis is so beautiful and elegant - I especially love the jewel tones of the eyeshadow - so pretty!

Thank you very much, Georgia! The purple and blue shades in this prio have a gemstone like dustiness and they are so easy to work with. :)
DeleteThis is such a beautiful look and you look amazing! Hope you're well.
