The internet is buzzing over the main part of Dior's Fall 2026 Makeup Collection, "Lucky Clover", and my order is on the way as well, but may I introduce this hidden gem from Dior's fall offering?
Dior has been doing a sub-collection like this, and although there is no fancy embossing or pouch that comes with it, this is certainly a gorgeous collection that would be a shame to miss out on.
Christian Dior was a very superstitious person who was into all sorts of things that were considered lucky. Lucky clover is one thing for sure, but he also carried a piece of lucky wood in his garment. I believe this part of Dior's fall offering has a connection with it because the color names certainly hint at it. I picked up 3 items, and very honestly, these are all I need to create a very classic, autumnal, and "very Dior" makeup look. In fact, I brought these with me on my recent work trip and happily wore them.
Dior 5 Couleurs 644 Lucky Rose Gold ($72, Dior US)
I am smitten by the color story, though! It is a good mix of cool and warm undertones, and I can easily create 2 quite different eye looks. The plum undertone in the deepest matte brown is gorgeous, and I also love the light lilac in the middle, as well as the brown satin.
If I use the top and bottom left shades more, it does give the "rosegold" vibe. If I smoke out the deep plum brown, it creates a totally different look.
Dior Rouge Blush 458 Charmed Mauvewood ($47, Dior US)
Dior Lip Maximizer 064 Lucky Mahogany ($42, Dior US)
The base is slightly reddish mauve brown, and honestly, this is so pretty and perfect with the eye quint and the blush. The pearly sheen gives a volumizing effect as well as looking sophisticated.
