Suqqu Pre-Summer 2026 "Whispers of Sunlight" Collection

I used to always buy Suqqu's limited edition makeup collections, but ever since Selfridges shopping for the US customers became difficult, I've skipped quite a few. No doubt that Suqqu makes beautiful collections season after season, but I have to say they seem to churn out a bit too many, and I started feeling a little jaded as well.

However(!), there is something special about this rather shy color story from Suqqu's Pre-Summer 2026 Collection - "Whispers of Sunlight", and I had to order some directly from one of Suqqu's UK locations. They did not disappoint! What a beautiful, unique, and refreshing collection to add!

Suqqu Signature Color Eyes 153 Yuusorau ($61, Selfridges)

This is not even my preferred color profile, but the olive green in this quad is so beautiful! 

These are earthy tones, but somehow Suqqu has created this color story without the heaviness. There is something quite ethereal about it.

The overall tone is surprisingly neutral, and these colors look very flattering on the eyes. I tend to forget to mention Suqqu's formulas only because they are consistently amazing, and this eye quad isn't an exception. All shades perform remarkably well.

Suqqu Blurring Color Blush 115 Harumusubi ($48.50, Selfridges)

I didn't expect much from this unassuming blush shade, but it is so much more beautiful in real life. This is one of those shades that look prettier once applied. It perfects the complexion while looking almost imperceptible on the skin.

Suqqu is probably the only brand that can make a blurring blush with shimmer. The color is not matte as you see from the swatch photo, yet it is so blurring on the skin. The light peach shade shows up quite well on my complexion as well. I love this blush!

Suqqu Treatment Wrapping Lip 110 Tsuyatomato ($34, Selfridges)

I expected a warm red because of the "tomato red" description, but the base is neutral to cool leaning with some bluish shimmer.

The color is so pretty, but the color payoff is on the sheer side. This is one of the best lip gloss formulas that I've experienced - so hydrating and comfortable, and this effect lasts even after I remove the gloss.

For my makeup look, I used all 3 products above, plus I added some water-based lip tint underneath the gloss to add some more color to the lips. (I also wore Hermès Un Jardin à Cythére, since it is one of the few fragrances with an olive note. Little things like this bring me joy!)

I am thoroughly enjoying this delightful collection and would highly recommend it if you're looking for something a bit different for the season.
