CHANEL Spring 2026 Makeup Collection "Rouge Noir"

Chanel has just launched a limited edition makeup collection for spring 2026 - Rouge Noir. This is bar none, the best spring makeup collection this year, quite possibly, the best luxury makeup collection of 2026. I love that Chanel has brought back this iconic shade, Rouge Noir, but with some fresh twist and versatility. The color story is fresh, edgy, yet cohesive and wearable. I am in love with this collection!

The collection comes in the special limited edition packaging adorned by the Rouge Noir shade. It looks luxe and beautiful.

Chanel Rouge Noir Confidence Eyeshadow Blush Palette ($95, Chanel US)

Rouge Noir Confidence is the best XXL format multi-purpose palette yet, although the last spring palette was quite amazing, too. The colors are saturated and have various undertones and depths, which makes the palette wearable and versatile. This is a hard-pressed formula that allows us to use these colors both on the eyes and cheeks. They are pigmented, but it's quite easy to control color intensity. 

This palette comes with both cool and warm pinks, as well as muted and saturated. I couldn't ask for a better pink palette.

Chanel Ombre Essentielle 257 Gris Rose, 267 Brun Rose ($42, Chanel US)

Chanel also offers a couple of gorgeous single eyeshadows that are perfect for everyday one-and-done shades. These also complement the Rouge Noir Confidence palette beautifully!

Gris Rose is such a unique and pretty shade with a metallic finish. This light pink flashes silver and grey. Brun Rose is a beautiful satin rose with a bit of brown undertone. Both are so gorgeous! The formula is buttery smooth and quite silky.

Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet Luminous 367 Éffrontée, 387 Rouge Noir ($53, $56, Chanel US)

There are 4 Rouge Allure Velvet lipsticks in this collection, including the iconic Rouge Noir lipstick. The Rouge Noir lipstick, in particular, comes with a gorgeous special exterior in the matching shade. 

Éffrontée is a saturated magenta pink that goes very well with the bright pink shade in the palette as well as the pink nail polish in this collection. I find this new Rouge Noir lipstick has a much better formula compared to the OG lipstick that I had many years ago - smoother and easier to work with.

In this photo, I also swatched the Stylo Yeux Waterproof Eyeliner in Rouge Noir. 

Chanel Baume Essentiel CUTE ($50, Chanel US)

I can't say I am a big fan of the Baume Essentiel formula, but I had to buy CUTE. I mean, look at the color of the stick. It is the prettiest pink shimmer, right?

This is such a gorgeous color, but I hoped it to be pinker on the skin. On the cheeks, it just adds a very pale iridescent glow. The pink tone shows up a bit better if I wear it on the lips as a lip balm. I've learned to appreciate this multi-purpose product more these days.

I love that Chanel approached this spring collection a bit differently. These colors exude feminine confidence and beauty in such a brilliant way, and I am here for that.
