GUCCI | Glossy Nail Polish, Glow & Care Shine Lipstick 402 Vantine Fuchsia

Gucci Beauty is not the brand that has my full attention (I've tried those highliy praised blushes but felt a bit underwhelmed and I need yet to see the brand bringing out nice quality eyeshadows in smaller formats) but this new shade of Glossy Nail Polish looked so fresh and pretty so I had to order one. Plus I already own the same shade in the Glow & Care Shine Lipstick. These two indeed makes a very refreshing combo for the spring season.

402 Vantine Fuchsia is a very happy fuchsia pink with nice clarity. This color makes my hands look youthful yet very put together.

Both the formulation and the brush work great. It is very pigmented so I could achieve full opacity with just single coat. Nowadays wide brushes are more mainstream anyway and Gucci opted for that as well. I do prefer old school tapered brush but the wide brush worked just fine for me. As I am writing this post, it's the 3rd day since the application and I do not see any tip wear or chips with my regular activiries (doing dishes, cleaning, etc.).

This particular shade comes with a special packaging which was the main selling point for me. So retro and so cute! But this sheer fuchsia shade in such a hydrating comfortable formula is amazing as well.

I really like this lipstick but would be interested in trying the satin formula in the same shade next time!
