Maybe it is a bit too soon for another Essie Gel Couture polish post, but here we go. V.I.Please is a deep berry shade with a hint of red. It has Essie's signature gel-creme finish which I always appreciate.
V.I.Please is a very pretty color but it is something I'd enjoy more in spring. Honestly, I bought this shade because it was included in a value combo set (the top coat is quite lovely and works on other polishes as well).

Thanks for looking. Have a great week, everyone!
It's still a pretty and wearable shade. I can't get over how shiny it dries up - no need for a topcoat (well if it doesn't chip easily either).
ReplyDeleteI agree with you! And luckily, I've found no exact dupe from my stash. This long wear formula really lives up to its name and stays on more than a week without chipping. I'm not sure how it'd hold up without the topcoat, though. ;)
DeleteThis is such a rich and lustrous color! It would work well during the cooler seasons as well. I really need to check out that top coat :)
ReplyDeleteI ended up going back to wearing a nude shade after a few days with V.I.Please. I'm amazed to see how well this top coat works on other stuff. It's quickly becoming my favorite top coat! :)
DeleteSuch a pretty wine color. I haven’t tried their gel formula and desperately looking for some long-lasting nail polish(too lazy to do my nails every few days)
ReplyDeleteHonestly, nothing really chips on me so I am not the best person to judge the longevity of nail polishes. I do notice this particular formula lasts and looks better than the original. Do give it a try and let me know how you like it for yourself! :)
