Review, Swatch - L'Oreal Colour Riche Balm SPF 15

So now I have three sticks of Colour Riche Balm. ;)
I was very happy with the first one, Tender Mauve so I bought two more, and I even thought I liked this better than Revlon Lip Butter.
Many of you are interested in knowing how these two products compare to each other as they pose in similar category.
However, these are two very different lip products and once you realise that, you would enjoy them as they are since both are excellent with different merits.

Rose Elixir, Caring Coral, Tender Mauve

Colour Riche Balm SPF 15 is very very sheer in color and a lot more moisturizing compared to Revlon Lip Butter.
The three colors I picked up just show up on my lips as nuance rather than actual color. I also have seen other bloggers reporting that all colors in this range hardly show up on lips maybe with exception of the darkest one.
The moisturizing formula is impressive in my opinion, it glides on my lips and it just feels so good on. :)

This is more of a gloss stick that is not sticky where Revlon Lip Butter is a sheer buildable lipstick with good moisturizing properties.
If you want pigmentation, you'd definitely get disappointed.
However, you'd be very happy with these like myself if you look for sheer glossy non-sticky color with moisturization & protection.

Without further ado, I give you my swatches... ;)

  7. Oh they're not really pigmented! They look moisturizing at least. I really need to get more lippies with spf, I don't know why it's not universal!

  8. they are perfect to pair with smokey eyes especially in winter time. i mean they are moisturizing but not sticky so i can avoid the pain of my hair sticking on my glossed lips. lol
and of course, spf is a big plus. ;)
