Zoya Jo ($10, Amazon) is one of my favorite blue nail polishes. I think Zoya's color description of Jo is very much on point - " a delicate and serene looking medium periwinkle blue with subtle silver and blue toned shimmer ".
Unlike many other blue nail polishes that tend to be bold and loud, Jo is rather calm and even demure. It still quietly demands attention with its beauty. While I wouldn't feel uncomfortable wearing this to the most conservative work environment, I always get a few compliments on this beautiful blue shimmer polish. It's also my SO's favorite.
